Oteko has announced that it has signed an agreement with the municipalities of the Temryuk District regarding increased cooperation in the social development area. The new agreement is intended to be in effect throughout 2023 with the possibility of prolongation.
The agreement signed by Oteko Russia foresees a 66% increase in support for the Tamansky and Novotamansky settlements. The agreement is an ongoing endeavor that has been in effect since 2005 and includes a number of socio-economic directions aimed at the general improvement of the quality of life and development on the Taman Peninsula. As part of the agreement, local settlements and their residents will receive a higher level of support through the organization of various events and initiatives.
The agreement signed for 2023 entails the allocation of a budget of 15 million Rubles that will be directed as social support – a 66% increase from last year’s budget. The majority of the budget will be spent on educational endeavors, such as the refurbishment and general support of institutions like schools and kindergartens. Medical institutions and cultural events will also be included in the program as part of the company’s focus to improve the quality of life for local citizens.
