Trinity Christian Church – Connects People to Christ

February 13 02:57 2020
Generations, a Trinity Christian Church, supports domestic ministries and international missions. Generations Christian Church has served Trinity, Florida since 2009. Through its activities and various ministries, the church is active in promoting Christian values in society.

According to announcements released by Generations Christian Church (GCC) and Lead Pastor Johnny Scott, this Trinity Christian Church is dedicated to bringing Christ into the lives of people. The church places strong emphasis on worship as an exercise to gain awareness of God’s presence. Its choice of songs and musical instruments for the weekend worship experiences carry appeal across generations. The seamless musical experience thus achieved brings the gathering closer to experiencing the Divine during those moments. GCC hosts events that are aimed at assisting people to get involved with the church. The events help participants rise spiritually, experience the joys of serving, and in getting to know others who are there to connect with Christ.

According to sources, the children’s ministry at the church is a great way for families to introduce their kids to the love of Christ. The Kid Zone provides age-specific programs, graded Early Childhood and Elementary. Generations Youth is a program that encourages youth to meet, discuss life, and get to learn about religion and biblical teaching.

Lead Pastor Johnny Scott of Generations Christian Church said, “At Generations, we believe that everyone has a next step. That’s why the GROW Ministry at GCC offers many opportunities for people to connect to Christ, connect to others, and grow spiritually. A GROW Group is an intentional environment, designed for people to study God’s Word, build godly relationships, and grow in Christ. Groups for men, women, couples, singles, mixed groups, and young adults meet on and off campus, all year round or seasonally. Here at GCC, we believe that everyone has a next step in becoming true disciples. How true that is in life, that success is often found with those who are willing to, “Just take the next step.” The best way you can discover God’s plan for your life is to be discipled in God’s Word, and we start that process with our Next Step Classes. Connect Class is where we communicate effectively the heart and soul of what we believe at GCC, and how you can learn, grow, and serve. After Connect, we offer a series of other core classes where you can learn more about God’s Word and grow in community with others. After Connect Class, these core classes are literally your next step.”

Elaborating on the church’s growth plans, Scott said, “We are still a multi-site minded church. We believe that multi sites naturally flow out of health in the leading of the Lord in three major ways. These are the metrics that we use in looking for possible multisite opportunities: People, Leaders and Resources. It is our belief that God will lead in new multisite locations when we have raised up so much leadership fruit that there is an overabundance in leaders ready to serve. We believe God will lead in a new multisite location when God has brought so many new people to worship with us that we are clearly overflowing in ways that undoubtedly move us all to see the need for more space in other areas of North Tampa.”

The church provides everybody with the opportunity to serve. Interested people can check with the church for opportunities that exist during weekend services. People with the skills and desire to help disadvantaged community members, such as at-risk kids and marginalized families, can do so through Generations Christian Church.”
