NAIROBI, KENYA – Beyond the Plains Safaris, a KATO-registered destination management company (DMC) based in Nairobi, today announced an expansion of its trade partner program for North American travel advisors, timed to a structural shift in U.S.–Kenya air access.

In March 2026, Kenya Airways signed a unilateral codeshare agreement with JetBlue, enabling single-ticket travel from more than 10 U.S. cities into Nairobi for the first time. Combined with growing advisor demand for East Africa itineraries, the company says the change removes one of the largest historical friction points for U.S.-based agents booking Kenya safaris: complex, multi-carrier routing.

The expanded program gives North American travel advisors access to:

• Net rate and commission-based pricing models, letting partners set their own markup or work on a tiered commission structure of up to 16%
• Dedicated trip planners and 24/7 in-country support during client travel
• Private conservancy access, including Laikipia-region properties not available through standard park bookings
