After two years since Doe Lashes was created, the rapidly-growing lash brand recently announced the launch of its new website on September 14, 2020. From layout adjustments to visual enhancements, the new changes to the website are intended to make it faster and easier to navigate.
“We’re constantly trying to develop new ways to provide the best customer experience from every touch-point, so it’s important for our site to be as user-friendly as possible,” said Fran, the brand’s community manager. “Being able to do this starts with having a site that is interactive to navigate, and a UI that emphasizes our product and value props while aligning with our overall branding direction.”
The team at Doe Lashes says that their main goal with this new website is to present an easier way to browse and explore. The new website gives better access to all of Doe’s hero products, as well as its new expansion into merchandise like the LED Cloud Baby Light. In addition, the site presents easier ways to access the customer membership with Doe, chat with the customer happiness team, and engage with the new string of blog content that Doe publishes.
Perhaps the most notable feature on the new site is the Shoppable Quiz for lashes. This is an interactive quiz that allows visitors to answer a series of questions and receive a recommendation for the lash style that best fits them. The Shoppable Quiz is another step for the lash company to further integrate machine learning technology into their business to better service their customers and elevate the overall customer experience.
Similar to the full brand redesign just over a year ago, Doe Lashes’ decision to re-envision a new site experience comes down to striving to provide a cohesive shopping experience for the customer from every touch point.
